Jingsha He received his Bachelor’s degree in computer science from Xi’an Jiaotong University in China in July 1982 and his Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in computer engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park in U.S. in December 1984 and December 1990, respectively. Prof. He has been with the Faculty of Information Technology of Beijing University of Technology (BJUT) in Beijing, China since August 2003, starting therein as a distinguished professor of the Beijing municipality during the first three years. Prior to joining BJUT in August 2003, Prof. He had worked for several multi-national companies in the U.S., including IBM Corp. (as a senior computer scientist), MCI Communications Corp. (as a senior engineer) and Fujitsu Laboratories of America, Inc. (as a senior member of research staff), and published more than 10 papers and received 12 U.S. patents. Since joining BJUT in August 2003, Prof. He has published over 300 papers in scholarly journals and major international conferences, received 90 Chinese patents and 53 software copyrights and authored or co-authored 9 books in software engineering and information security. Prof. He has been the principal investigator of more than 40 research projects, including grants from National Natural Science Foundation of China, Beijing Natural Science Foundation, Ministry of Science and Technology and Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission. Prof. He’s research interests include information security, wireless networks, blockchain technology and digital forensics.
Yu-Dong Zhang

Yudong Zhang received his BE degree in information sciences the MPhil degree in communication and information engineering from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, in 2004 and 2007, respectively, and the PhD degree in signal and information processing from Southeast University, in 2010. He was a postdoc from 2010 to 2012 with Columbia University, and as an assistant research scientist from 2012 to 2013 with Research Foundation of Mental Hygiene. He was a full professor from 2013 to 2017 with Nanjing Normal University. He is currently a professor with the School of Informatics, University of Leicester, U.K. His research interests include deep learning and medical image analysis. He is a fellow of the IET (FIET), and senior member of the IEEE, IES, and ACM. He was included in the “Most Cited Chinese researchers (Computer Science)” by Elsevier from 2014 to 2018. He was the recipient of the Web of Science Highly Cited Researcher 2019, “Emerald Citation of Excellence 2017, and MDPI Top 10 Most Cited Papers 2015. He was included in Top Scientist in Guide2Research.

Prof. Zhang received his degree of Ph.D. from the Faculty of Computer Science at Dalhousie University, Canada in 2009, the degree of M.Sc from School of Computing at National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2002 and degree of B.E from Department of Information Management and Information Systems at the Southeast University, China in 2000. He is currently a full professor in Computer Science in School of Sciences, Faculty of Health, Engineering and Sciences at the University of Southern Queensland (USQ), Australia. He is an IET Fellow, IEEE Senior Member, ACM Member, Australian Endeavour Fellow, Queensland International Fellow and Izaak Walton Killam Scholar (Canada). He was the Principal Advisor for Research for the Division of ICT Services at USQ (2010-2013). Prof. Zhang was a visiting professor at Tsukuba University, Japan in December 2012, at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore from November 2011 to February 2012 and at Michigan State University, USA from September to December 2010. He has published over 230 papers, many appearing in top-tier international journals including IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering (TKDE), IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing (TDSC), ACM Transactions on Knowledge Discovery from Data (TKDD), ACM Transactions on Intelligent Systems and Technology (TIST), ACM Transactions on Management Information Systems (TMIS), ACM Transactions on Spatial Algorithms and Systems, Information Sciences, Knowledge-based Systems, Neurocomputing, WWW Journal, Journal of Intelligent Information Systems (JIIS), Bioinformatics, Knowledge and Information Systems (KAIS), and top international conferences such as AAAI, IJCAI, VLDB, SIGKDD, ICDE, ICDM, WWW, CIKM, CVPR, COLING, PAKDD and DASFAA. He received three(3) best paper awards respectively in WWW workshop 2021, DIKW 2021 and WISE 2019, and the student travel award of ICDM 2006.

Jerry Chun-Wei Lin received his Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan in 2010. He is currently a full Professor with the Department of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Mathematical Sciences, Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, Bergen, Norway. He has published 500+ research articles in refereed journals (with 50+ IEE/ACM Journals, e.g., IEEE TKDE, IEEE TFS, IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TCYB, IEEE TII, IEEE TITS, IEEE TNSE, IEEE TETCI, IEEE SysJ, IEEE SensJ, IEEE IOTJ, ACM TKDD, ACM TDS, ACM TMIS, ACM TOIT, ACM TIST, ACM TOS, ACM TALLIP) and international conferences (IEEE ICDE, IEEE ICDM, PKDD, PAKDD), 16 edited books, as well as 33 patents (held and filed, 3 US patents). He is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Data Science and Pattern Recognition, the Associate Editor of 11 SCI journals including IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TCYB, Information Sciences, etc, and Guest Editor for several IEEE/ACM journals such as IEEE TFS, IEEE TITS, IEEE TII, IEEE SysJ, ACM TMIS, ACM TALLIP, ACM TOIT and ACM JDIQ. Chien-Ming Chen

Chien-Ming Chen is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Artificial Intelligence (School of Future Technology), Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, China. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science, National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan in 2010. He has published about 150 SCI-indexed research articles in refereed journals (including ACM/IMS TDS, IEEE TII, IEEE TDSC, IEEE TPDS, IEEE TIFS, IEEE TITS, IEEE TC, IEEE TMM, IEEE SysJ, IEEE IOTJ, IEEE Networks, ACM TMIS, ACM OSR), 3 edited books, and 17 patents.
