ICCSIE 2026 has been successfully held!

The 11th International Conference on Cyber Security and Information Engineering (ICCSIE 2026) was successfully held in Xining from September 19, 2026. This conference is hosted by Qinghai Institute of Technology, China. Support by Beijing University of Technology, China and Zhejiang University of Technology, China. Technically supported by IEEE Computer Society.

The conference focuses on cutting-edge topics such as cybersecurity, communication engineering, this conference conducts in-depth discussions on technological innovation, industrial development and security governance.

Professor Jing Wu from the School of Computer and Information Science, Qinghai Institute of Technology presided over the opening ceremony. Associate Professor Shunli Zhang, Vicedean of the School of Computer and Information Science, Qinghai Institute of Technology, delivered the opening address. He extended a warm welcome to domestic and overseas experts and scholars travelling to the conference, and wished all participants fruitful academic exchanges and lasting academic friendships.

In the keynote speech session, distinguished experts and scholars presented frontier viewpoints and research outcomes.

Associate Professor Hao Lu of Xidian University presented Wide bandgap Semiconductor Device for Next Generation Communication.

Professor Guangjie Han, Dean of the School of Information Science and Engineering, Hohai University, delivered his presentation MultiDimensional Dynamic Trust Management Mechanism in Underwater Acoustic Sensor Networks.

Professor Zhonglin Ye from Qinghai Normal University shared research findings in his talk Graph/Hypergraph Neural Network Research.

Professor Yan Zhang, Member of the European Academy of Sciences, Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters, Norwegian Academy of Technological Sciences, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China gave a keynote speech entitled Edge Computing Network.

In the invited speech session, Professor Ljiljana Trajkovic from Simon Fraser University (Canada), Professor Neil Gordon from the University of Hull (UK), Dr. Chengqing Wen from the University of Birmingham (UK), Professor Vladan Devedzić from the University of Belgrade (Serbia), Professor Madihah Mohd Saudi from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (Malaysia), Associate Professor Shunli Zhang and Associate Professor Jun Lin from Qinghai Institute of Technology gave successive presentations. Their speeches covered hotspot directions such as cyberoffender prevention, trustworthy artificial intelligence, and humanmachinephysical intelligent integration. The respective speech titles are "Data Mining and Machine Learning for Analysis of Network Traffic, Beyond Secure and Intelligent Systems: Engineering Trustworthy AI for a Sustainable Digital Society", "LowResource CrossSubject Cardiovascular State Recognition through OneShot Personalisation and SemiSupervised Adaptation", "A Day in the Life of a Digital Researcher: From Topic Formulation to Agentic Peer Review in the Age of Generative AI", "Beyond Technology: A Multilevel HumanCentric Framework for Cyber Offender Prevention", "Digital Construction of Smart Cities Driven by Intelligent HumanMachinePhysical Integration", and "Risk Management of MineralResourceOriented Enterprises".

The conference also arranged oral presentation session. Young researchers from domestic and overseas universities and research institutions including Hangzhou Institute for Advanced Study, UCAS, Jiangxi Institute of Fashion Technology, PES University and The University of Texas at Dallas reported their latest achievements in basic research and applied exploration. Their presentations fully demonstrated the innovative vitality and research enthusiasm of emerging talents within cyber security and information technology communities.

A poster exhibition was also set up. It displayed academic posters from multiple institutions including State Key Laboratory of Space Information System and Integrated Application of Space Star Technology Co., Ltd., Xidian University and Fortinet, Inc. (Sunnyvale, USA). Participants engaged in vigorous and indepth discussions around poster content, which greatly facilitated interdisciplinary and crossinstitutional academic collaboration and intellectual inspiration.

During this conference, thorough academic discussions were carried out around frontier hotspot issues of cyber security and information technology. Participating experts and scholars actively shared cuttingedge research outputs, technological breakthroughs and industrial practical experience. The event built a highlevel platform for academic exchange and idea collision targeting researchers, university teachers and students, as well as industrial practitioners engaged in cyber security and information engineering. It promotes multidisciplinary intersection, integration and collaborative innovation across cyber security, big data, artificial intelligence, information engineering and other fields, and injects academic momentum into regional digital industry upgrading and cyber security capacitybuilding.
