Sos S. Agaian, PhD in Mathematics, Dr, Engineering Science, Dr. Agaian received his M.S. in Mathematics and Mechanics (summa cum laude) from the Yerevan State University, Armenia; his Ph.D. in Mathematics and Physics from the Steklov Institute of Mathematics, Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS); and his Doctor of Engineering Sciences degree from the Institute of Control Systems, RAS. He is a Distinguished Professor of Computer Science at College of Staten Island and the Graduate Center, City University of New York (CUNY). Prior to joining CUNY, Dr. Agaian was the Peter T. Flawn Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at San Antonio; Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences UTHSCSA at San Antonio; Professor, UT System Cyber and Cloud Security Initiative, and Director of Multimedia and Mobile Signal Processing Laboratory.  He has been a visiting faculty at the Tufts University, the Tampere Institute of Technology, and the Leading Scientist at the AWARE, Inc. at Bedford, MA. He has special interests in finding meaning in visual content-examine images for faces, text, objects, action, sciences, and other contents; and in the development of scientific systems and architectures in the theory and practice of engineering and computer sciences (emphasizing complex digital data processing, information sciences and systems technologies in the military, as well as medical and industrial information processing centers).

Jingsha He

Jingsha He received his Bachelor's degree in computer science from Xi'an Jiaotong University in China in July 1982 and his Master's and Ph.D. degrees in computer engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park in U.S. in December 1984 and December 1990, respectively. Prof. He has been with the Faculty of Information Technology of Beijing University of Technology (BJUT) in Beijing, China since August 2003, starting therein as a distinguished professor of the Beijing municipality during the first three years. Prior to joining BJUT in August 2003, Prof. He had worked for several multi-national companies in the U.S., including IBM Corp. (as a senior computer scientist), MCI Communications Corp. (as a senior engineer) and Fujitsu Laboratories of America, Inc. (as a senior member of research staff), and published more than 10 papers and received 12 U.S. patents. Since joining BJUT in August 2003, Prof. He has published over 300 papers in scholarly journals and major international conferences, received 90 Chinese patents and 53 software copyrights and authored or co-authored 9 books in software engineering and information security. Prof. He has been the principal investigator of more than 40 research projects, including grants from National Natural Science Foundation of China, Beijing Natural Science Foundation, Ministry of Science and Technology and Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission. Prof. He's research interests include information security, wireless networks, blockchain technology and digital forensics.

Yu-Dong Zhang

Research Interests: Deep learning; Convolutional neural networks; Graph convolutional networks; Attention networks; Explainable AI; Biomedical image analysis; Bio-inspired computing; Pattern recognition; Transfer learning; Medical sensor.

Yudong Zhang received his BE degree in information sciences the MPhil degree in communication and information engineering from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, in 2004 and 2007, respectively, and the PhD degree in signal and information processing from Southeast University, in 2010. He was a postdoc from 2010 to 2012 with Columbia University, and as an assistant research scientist from 2012 to 2013 with Research Foundation of Mental Hygiene. He was a full professor from 2013 to 2017 with Nanjing Normal University. He is currently a professor with the School of Informatics, University of Leicester, U.K. His research interests include deep learning and medical image analysis. He is a fellow of the IET (FIET), and senior member of the IEEE, IES, and ACM. He was included in the “Most Cited Chinese researchers (Computer Science)” by Elsevier from 2014 to 2018. He was the recipient of the Web of Science Highly Cited Researcher 2019, “Emerald Citation of Excellence 2017, and MDPI Top 10 Most Cited Papers 2015. He was included in Top Scientist in Guide2Research.

Yong Xie

Research Interests: Network and Information Security, Artificial Intelligence and Its Security, Digitalization of Industries.

Dr. Xie is currently a professor and dean at the School of Computer and Information Science, Qinghai Institute of Technology. He is also recognized as a provincial-level distinguished teacher and has been selected for Qinghai Province's "Thousand Talents Plan" for high-end innovative talents. He serves as project review expert for the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has led or participated in over 20 national and provincial-level projects. He has published more than 50 academic papers in conferences and journals such as NDSS, ISSTA, IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering (TNSE). He has been granted over 20 national invention patents and software copyrights. He also acts as peer reviewer for journals such as IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security (TIFS), IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing (TDSC), IEEE Internet of Things Journal (IoT), Theoretical Computer Engineering (TCE), Information Sciences, Security and Communication Networks (SCN) and so on.

Chien-Ming Chen

Chien-Ming Chen is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Artificial Intelligence (School of Future Technology), Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, China. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science, National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan in 2010. He has published about 150 SCI-indexed research articles in refereed journals (including ACM/IMS TDS, IEEE TII, IEEE TDSC, IEEE TPDS, IEEE TIFS, IEEE TITS, IEEE TC, IEEE TMM, IEEE SysJ, IEEE IOTJ, IEEE Networks, ACM TMIS, ACM OSR), 3 edited books, and 17 patents. He is the Associate Editor/Editor of various SCI journals, and Guest Editor for several SCI journals incuding IEEE JBHI, IEEE TCE, etc. He is the Senior Member of IEEE.
