Notes:

1. One regular registration covers a paper within a maximum of eight pages, including all figures, tables, and references;
   

2. At least one of the authors must complete an author registration by the final camera-ready paper submission deadline for their paper to be included in the final program of the conference;
   

3. Listeners can make the registration directly by sending an e-mail to the conference secretary.

Payment Methods:

3. PayPal (30 USD Service Charge);
   

* You could get the bank information and PayPal account from the conference secretary.

Payment Receipt:

1. After the registration is confirmed, an official receipt of your payment will be sent to you together with all conference materials at the conference site;
   

2. If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned version.
   

Refunds and Cancellation Policy:

1. All refund/cancellation requests must be received before April 30, 2025. An administrative fee of about 30% fee from the paid amount will be deducted from each refund;

2. Authors who have requested a refund after April 30, 2025, are NOT entitled to any refunds;
   

3. No-shows will not be refunded;
   

4. Cancellation and refund requests must be made formally via email;
   

*The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and the refunds policy shall not apply as well.
