The 8th International Conference on Cyber Security and Information Engineering (ICCSIE2023) has been successfully held on September 22, 2023. The objective of ICCSIE2023 is to provide a platform and opportunity for scientists, researchers, engineers, and developers interested in cyber security, information engineering to exchange new ideas and applications experiences, to establish business and research relations, and to find global partners for future collaboration. The conference includes Opening ceremony, Keynote speeches and oral presentation.


 
At the beginning of the conference, professor Jingsha He, from Beijing University of Technology, China, General Chair of the conference, delivered the opening speech, welcoming the scholars from home and abroad to share their research, and thanking all the experts and scholars who provided support and help to the conference, including all members of the Technical Program Committee, reviewers and the keynote speakers and so on.


 
Then, some attendees took an online group photo.




 
During the keynote speeches, Professor Yu-Dong Zhang from University of Leicester, UK, delivered a speech on Information Engineering for Medical Image Analysis.


 
Professor Haibin Zhu from Nipissing University, Canada, delivered a keynote speech on Group Role Assignment with Constraints (GRA+): A New Category of Assignment Problems.


 
Professor Ljiljana Trajkovic from Simon Fraser University, Canada, delivered a keynote speech on Machine Learning for Detecting Internet Traffic Anomalies.
 

 
Associate Professor Liyana Shuib from Universiti Malaya, Malaysia, delivered a keynote speech on Ethics in Information Engineering: Navigating the Moral Landscape.


 
Professor Anand Nayyar from Duy Tan University, Vietnam, delivered a keynote speech on A New Era of Immersive Computing: Extended Reality.


 
Professor Xiangjie Kong from Zhejiang University of Technoligy, China, delivered the keynote speech on Mobile Trajectory Generation and Anomaly Analytics: A Knowledge and Data Driven Perspective.


 
Professor Hamid Reza Karimi from Politecnico di Milano, Italy, delivered the keynote speech on Learning-based Fault Diagnosis and Applications.


 
After the excellent keynote speeches, there were the oral sessions. During these sessions, some scholars presented their latest research results and exchanged views with the participating scholars on cutting-edge hot issues in the field of cyber security and information engineering, showed their research results, and shared their learning and research experiences.



 
International Conference on Cyber Security and Information Engineering will continue to provide a high-level exchange and cooperation platform for experts, scholars and enterprise researchers engaged in related research, and further promote the development of science and technology innovation of cyber security and information engineering!
